Which one is DW Link? just a version of a 4-bar counter rotating?

The Ripmo is an example of Short Link Four-Bar, Co-Rotating per the article. That’s a DW Link bike.

I literally just read that article and had a good laugh at the end when hardtail came up. Go team hardtail.

Did I ever tell you about that one time we passed a bunch of folks on fixies. Coming down Porcupine Rim. I wasn't sure if I was impressed or worried about their mental health.

Anyone here have a tonneau AND a bed rack? If so, can you post some pics and specs? I have been ordered by the boss to get an awning and I'm not quite sure I want to go the Prinsu route... yet.

Thru-axle not secure? Usually that happens at the base of the arch when one leg flexes/twists differently than the other because they are not connected at the bottom. A picture of the dropouts could give some evidence one way or the other. Looks like the left dropout might be missing the lower half of itself.

Prinsu is so sweet though. I’m not big on tonneau covers(I don’t like any French words in general) but I’d strongly recommend Diamondback if you’ve got the coin.

Just pony up a few bucks for the Stan's syringe. Easiest thing ever.

Thing is, every system can be designed to ride different. Case in point, I'm a huge fan of DW links and Split Pivots (lean more to SP). Devinci and Trek use a variation on SP, but they feel completely different. Even bikes by the same brand, using the same design, can feel completely different (Spartan vs. Django, two bikes I have right now). That's why you need to try a few bikes out before you buy, everyone's tastes and preferences are so different and suspension design can tune every riding characteristic, we are most definitely spoiled for choice.

Good news! i ordered a new bike and it will be in about a week. bad news, I broke my foot monday and will have to stare at the bike for a few weeks before i can actually ride it. so naturally I have a stack of new parts coming for it so I'll i have at least something to do while my foot heals.

any 1-up and 3rd gen owners? I'm finding that the hitch receiver on the 3rd gens are extra beefy so most hitch pins don't let me put cotter pins in...and the 1-up supplied locking hitch pin doesn't fit with the supplied spacer. wondering if i should just use a different locking hitchpin or get a smaller spacer somehow?

Weird. The locking pin that came with my 1up works with no issues on my turd.
