    This is what our government has done for people that work for a living...
    As most of you know, me and a buddy go to Illinois quite a bit and roam the roads. There is a small diner in a very small town that we always go to, it's owned/operated by 3 sisters. It was their mom's diner, about 5 years ago she died of cancer...now it's theirs. We love those gals; sweet, funny, they cuss us; it's a great place to bs and eat lunch.
    Since the Covid horseshit they are now only open on Fridays; business is too slow to keep it open more than one day a week, can't let anyone in and you must walk up to a window to order. They told us today it's so bad they're not sure if they're gonna make it. And I'm not sure where they would go. There are basically zero jobs in Southern Illinois; hell, the closest town to them with more than 20k people is at least 50 miles away. They are now trying to sell produce and a few groceries through the window just to hopefully be able to keep their diner open. It's pitiful and I truly feel for them, they're very hard workers and great people.
    To the people that make decisions for us I say :brianr:
