Today’s update. Just need to finish the tent this weekend and slap the rear hatch on.

For the meet up next Sunday; any idea on a time and meeting place? How long do you guys usually wheel?

Lookin good! Did you use 100” long extrusion on the wedge? I expected it to overhang the cab alittle more.

Not quite, shortened mine to 90” (93” total) since I went with removable panel inserts for the sleeping area.

This thing is like the white wizard. Went silver on a whim (and it was cheaper for the LS extrusions when I ordered, I think), kind of like the stealth, kind of wish I’d gone black and red or something with more pop...diy wedge camper problems...

I've been toying with the idea of a DIY canopy, but other commitments have me on the sidelines for now.
    Inspiring project though for sure.

What a crazy year this has been. So much going on.

I don't think I am likely to make it out that way any time soon. Too many closer places to explore yet.

Wow that looks nice brother. Great work!

I am gonna get the plan for the next run finalized in the next day or two. With all the craziness going on I have been very busy. Also have some in laws that cannot make up their mind on plans I am waiting on. My apologies for the delay.

camped out by the painted hills on friday night hit then headed south on saturday and made it to Edison Butte, an ohv area between sunriver and mt bachelor. it was super awesome. there is a very long black diamond trail that i did a section of. super tight like browns camp but lots of downed logs all over and super sharp lava rock. also lots of bushes overgrown so lots of scratching. (yay white truck!) had to duck a couple trees as well as chop one down with my axe. will def be picking up a folding saw at least like mentioned above. it was even snowing up top and we hit a few snow patches that could have really fucked a me up but i made it!

i’ve spent a TON of time in the portland greater area and i really want to keep going back to eastern oregon.
