IMHO not for brightness. At least from my testing.

wish I could get the leds to for high and dog slots.

I think the definition of "brightness" comes into play here. Is it "how bright they look staring into them" or "what the calibrated light meter says?" I'm taking the scientific definition.

If we're comparing the stock halogen lights to the hikari lights, it's no contest. The Hikari lights allow me to see more of the road, farther down the road. To that I can safely say is no real contest. I am sure there are some kick arse halogen bulbs, but the Hikari's are really nice, bright and better than stock for me. I don't off road or anything so I am pretty happy with them.

If you got ideas for the high beam and fog lights, which the 11's do not fit in my 2020 Tacoma TRD sport, I'm all ears. I told what fits in the low beam bits the high and fog lamps but sadly they do not.

The man you need to ask is @crashnburn80. He's our resident expert. What I can offer is that for your fogs, you'll be much better off with replacing the entire housing with a dedicated LED fog pattern pod from Diode Dynamics or KC. Drop in bulbs just aren't going to cut it there.

I will get a replacement LED headlight assembly. For now, I am using the Hikari lights which, IMHO, is far better than the stock halogen lights. I ma not disagreeing with you, I am just basing this on what came stock and what the Hikari lights are doing for me.
