    Wrong.

    DC long bed.

Oh, it looks like you knew that already.

How much longer is the DCLB over an access cab? A foot? It doesn't matter because my tool box in the bed stops my 6' 2" self from sleeping back there anyway.

I'm sure that special order access cab with the Tetris master owner can fit more in the cab... uhmm no I don't believe it for a second, not one second, and I'm.positive he has a lot of fun loading and unloading stuff in the back of that cab but whatever, as long as you people like your trucks it really doesn't matter.

Personally I can't stand the looks of a DCSB and I would definitely take an access cab over a DCSB, but as long as you people like your trucks that's all that matters.

I have a 2019 ACLB SR with the jump seats. I regret it and wish I had a DC. I usually don’t have people in the back. When there are people who sit there, they’re usually uncomfortable and have to sit awkwardly but we make it work since it’s what I have. It’s a hassle loading groceries and other things into the back in parking lots.

I’m sorry but no adults are riding comfortably back there. My kids hate trying to shoehorn in and out of there it is fine for my backpack and that’s about it. I love my truck but there are many times I would love to have the extra cab room.

Pretty sure theres a good reason toyota doesn't make an trd off-road DCLB. sure its doable but is it practical? You better change out your bumpers, get a winch, and be skid plated and rock slided out.

I have an AC, kinda wish I had a DC at times. If my father had actually been ready to sell his truck when I was looking to buy, I would have a '10 DCSB 6 speed. I love my '06 AC though.

Only issue, with a 1 year old it can get a little cramped. Thankfully the fiance is around 5'2 so the passenger seat can be pretty far forward comfortably for her. She just doesn't like that the 14 year old truck rides like a 14 year old truck.

I have a 09 AC 6 spd I bought new. Wish I bought the DCLB for a bit more room, and I would go auto if I could do it over.

Update - so i looked at a 13 DCSB and not sure i like it. Found an 09 AC and will probably check it out this weekend. If i get it i hope i dont regret it but that DCSB just felt awkward driving and i rarely have 3 ppl ride with me cept on rare occasion. If its enough room for a gym bag, change of clothes, groceries i should be good

This may sound trivial but I don't like buying groceries with the AC. You either have to put it in the front seat or keep opening and closing the mini half door to get all the bags if someone is parked next to you. And if you want to put them in the bed you need some sort of cargo stop to keep everything from flying to the front of the bed when you brake.

personally I rather have a dc because of more cab space. that's all.

Having an access cab is a good excuse not to be a taxi for you and your friends. If you don't have kids, go for it!

I’ve had them all starting with a base model 06 reg cab 4 cylinder. Some call it a baby taco. Next I went to a pre runner 06 AC 6 cylinder. Pretty nice then came X runner and they are all AC, had that one almost 6 years sold just a couple of days ago. Now I’m down to two tacos. A 06 sport DCSB and an 06 pre runner DCLB. By far I like the double cab long bed. It rides like a Cadillac and has room to spare.

Weight saving with AC is another factor- without the larger doors and seats you save a lot of weight

What do you mean it felt awkward driving? DCSB and ACLB the same wheelbase so it shd feel the same.
The real question is do you need more bed space or interior space?
