    Yeah, no

    I am not that guy.

I built my work bench, and put a nail through my thumb.

Ok through the side, but it still hurt.

My brother builds furniture. For fun.

A lot of my family worked for Corning Glass (now Corning Inc. after the restructure) in both Corning and Wellsboro, Pa. plants. I was supposed to be a Ceramic Engineering and follow the rest of them. When I ended up joining the Navy my Grandfather asked for his slide rule back.

My plates are all the blue classic cafe. Have fine china but it never sees the light of day. Couple of years ago Corning released the blue cornflower pattern again for the 60th anniversary. It came out in 1958 which was a good year :D so I purchased every piece I could get my hands on. I'm sure many remember these everyone in my family had a set and most still do.

I'd be tempted to go off Atkins for a piece of that! Even over the Stockholm pie shop. Hey look more Corningware

Got up early and met some friends to shoot 5 stand today. 4 of us came from a good distance and besides us only 2 others showed up. We spent the day shooting, and sitting around it was a great day. Broke in my new birthday present.

Even when I shot badly I still looked good doing it LOL.

    Good morning.
Supposed to be windy with a high of 92.
Supposed to get 230 tons of material between today and tomorrow. The place I get my material from has one new truck that's legal to go into CA so he's bringing me 10 loads of recycled abc (3/4" minus with the washout from the concrete trucks). I like it. Watered and compacted it sets up really well. Makes for a really nice driving surface.

Good morning. Another Ugh for Monday.

Supposed to be windy and high of 92 here today also, another Ugh. Not going outside except to take the dogs out and it better be short trips.

Yesterday got up to 81 and on the way home turned on the AC. After a couple of minutes thought damn something is wrong with the AC. Then realized the vent position switch was still in the mixed defrost and cab mode. Where it sits for much of the year, it was still in the winter position. Already 72 this morning house is closed up and AC is set to 67. Officially headed into the piss poor sledding season.

50+, we are a mess that's happened, or about to. Titanium joints, repaired ligaments, thinning disks..... But, it only hurts when you move. ;)

Good morning all, beautiful morning - the calm before the change - snow in the forecast for Tuesday evening. Very windy yesterday with clear skies, more this afternoon.

Have a great day, be safe
