    I've stayed on good terms with the neighbors. The ones I've talked to didn't care because I painted the house, roofed it, started cutting the lawn etc

    It was (more) run down before I bought it :)

    I had to order the 1980’s California Sunset plate from Germany because California hasn’t made it since 1989.

    Had to make the PTI sticker too. Cali hasn’t issued those for decades.
