What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Today and the last few weeks I’ve done a few mods/updates to the Taco. Had the exhaust rerouted to slap a skid plate under the transfer case, got an aluminum bed rack from @KB Voodoo, and repainted the OG @MESO method caps. Went with Satin this time.

I’m sure I speak for some on TW- sometimes when I add or update something on my truck It feels like getting a new truck.

Took the Pioneer to the huntin club to go ride some trails.

 

Today she got Meso stage 2 tails and a mountain hatch tailgate panel. She’s coming along, and one of these days I’ll actually be able to take her somewhere.

 

Took some photos of my taco and decided to have some fun in photoshop. Now I really dig these two color and thinking about a wrap, specially yellow. What do y'all think.

 

I like the first one, second is meh.. last one looks like shit.

Damn I want MESO stage 2 so bad but can't find them in stock anywhere

 

First one and make a little darker.. IMO

 

I hear ya, been on the hunt for like 6 months, only reason I got them is I randomly checked my email and had received the notification a couple minutes prior. They sold out within like 15 minutes, I got exceptionally lucky with my timing. Good luck, don’t give up trying.

 

Does anyone know if these (2020 TRD Pro tail lights) are plug n play for a 2016?
are tail lights not LED for this year?

 

I like the yellow. I might be a little color blind because both yellows look the same to me. The blue looks like Celeste, or Bianchi blue, which is the unique color of the Bianchi Italian Racing Bike from the 70s that I had. Looked great on the bike, not so much on a Taco, I think.

 

Buys 30k truck and hacks it up to save maybe 100$
