You are flushing all the crap out of your body. Replace the water you lost and all will be good.

it is one of those accomplished feelings. It may suck, but the workout outweighs the suck. Or that’s the way I look at it.

negative. They won’t be in stock until late July-mid August. They just told me to get in touch with them towards the middle of July.

Will hopefully be picking up the fork this week.

    very nice.

I can't decide if I want to put any effort into actually rebuilding the GT. I can't get the dadgum pedals off the cranks, and I need to get yet another tool to get the bottom bracket out to even inspect it lol.

I might just call it scrapped to free up garage space, and just stick to maintaining my bike.

If you scrap it, throw it at me and maybe I can fix it for my friend that rode the bike I broke. It unfortunately comes to a point where these $3-400 range bikes are throw always because of cost to fix and the frame is not worth spending money on new parts that don’t suck.

that's a fact, and I think I more than got my money's worth riding it for 3ish years and getting @Sandytaco14 into the sport...and letting @tweakit88 tag along for Oak Mtn. I don't really have any other friends possibly interested in the sport so my reason for keeping it has kinda gone away lol.

Lol. My $3-400 bike has been stolen and recovered in rough shape 3 months later, I got hit by a car twice on it, and have crashed it more times than I can count. It has lived a hard life.

I tried most of the table tops. I will be trying the doubles and tables on my own bike next time.

I didn't know you did, I avoided going airborne pretty much as best I could. Just need something easier/smaller that I can progress on before fully committing to stuff like that.
