You forgot the little matter of insurance fraud. I blame his parents more on this because he's young and obviously doesn't have the common sense to know any better.

Lol, with all do respect BakoTruck,, You & the other 99% that don't really know the kid are painfully the ones that "Don't get it"... This thread proves it.. : Person 1 (who doesn't know him) post up some negative shit (hey I never said he didn't deserve getting SOME shit) & Person 2 jumps on the band wagon & the next thing you know theres 500 + post pretty much saying the same thing ,,,, OvEr & oVeR & OVer ! & since your all posting pretty much the same you all assume "Wow, we're all in agreement , therefore we MUST be right." Sorry bro' strength in numbers doesn't apply here, it just means theres a hell of a lot of you that are wrong thats all....:D:D

    Lol, fuckin' Steve ..

The only thing I remember about Bakerfield is a mexican food all-you-can-eat slop shop called " OKIE FRIJOLES". NEVER have I seen so many grossly obese motherfuckers running to the trough, the place absolutely sucked, all you could smell is over cooked grease & fart... Fuck I'm gonna hurl just thinkinbg about it,,,, & this was 45 years ago !!

good post. the fact that he committed insurance fraud to get a new truck, then lost the new truck in the same spot, is hysterical, ironic and awesome. but thats where the fun stops. people got hurt, that sucks. plus, even though i'm glad he got some comeuppance (no idea how to spell that) i fail to see how parking in line with hundreds of other cars was his fault. would i have done it? i like to think not, but its possible, and it is likely that many on here would have done the same.

Edit: for the record, i still dont like the little prick, but that dislike is based on his abusing a gift from mommy and daddy and then committing fraud, not because of the accident.

Hmm, at the risk of sounding like a 95 year old woman, does anyone else think that posting pictures of accidents where people almost definitely died might be taking this whole "hate on the bro kid" a BIT too far? Not that I didn't do it too but....still!

    No I know. :)

But I had a very dear friend die when he was side-swiped by a semi and the crash probably left his truck looking something like that. It would definitely bum me out if I saw a photo of it used in jest... Not that someone on here would know the driver of that Tundra but...
