I’m not anticipating a drop (based on zero facts), but I would like to keep some of my profits.

 

I didn’t check the whole thread,but real state investing has worked for me.! Passive income month after month+ property value keeps climbing + tax benefits..! Best investments I have ever done,only way to retire soon..! Forgot to mention they were all extreme rehab properties. But payoff was and has been very worth the troubles ..!. Feel free to foment or ask questions

I'd just ask one question, average annual return on the money you actually invested? And by return, I mean cash flow monthly (so multiply by 12 for annual, then divided by total investment for return), don't include any price appreciation. Thanks, I just want to compare to what I am doing with dividend investing.

 

Don't get me wrong...making 60% in one day is nice...but I sure would like my 500 shares of HTZ back....

I don't even understand the HTZ pricing...it's like the worlds most public pump...I love the idea they will survive because I've never had bad service...but wow...I wish I put $1K in at $0.40 instead of $200....And sold covered calls on my remaining shares anticipating a dip at some point..

 

Feel like I’m on a speeding train today . I’m in a bit deep for what I know to do and when to do it. Think I need to sell something wish I knew. Up $700 today

I'm up 60% on HTZ. I feel like it's a balancing act and am wondering how greedy I should be--could tank again at any moment!

 

Wow I just looked at htz. I was in at 0.88 and sold at 3.35. Could have made more. But. It could also go to zero tomorrow. I think RH traders are basically the only thing keeping it up.

 

I went in for 250 shares @ 0.85 - figuring it was a gamble and I might see a loss.

Now trading at $5.42.

I've set a trailing stop loss.

 

Closed out 3 of my 5 VXX calls at a bad loss...
HTZ should do a offering...they just broke $5...offer 100M shares and make 1/2 Billion and then file bankruptcy and pay bonuses

 

If it hits the fan and plummets to 0, there’s no guarantee that anyone buys what you are selling.

 

Problem is you’ll need someone to buy those shares. Once htz starts to tank everyone knows it’ll be a bad dive and won’t want to buy them. I hate to say it. But might make sense to bail now (as I say, take your donuts and go).
