    I'm just curious to try out more trails, definitely appreciate that you'd let me start from your house....looks like the access road to the trails is straight off the nieghborhood.

    I do have a Trek.

    As far as off road, we used to go camping on the western mountain, before they put houses up there and it was a short off-roading adventure to get to the top. Also, the access to the river park was the same, depending on rainfall. The hiking/biking trails are off limits to 4WD's and ATV's.

    that's cool, I might look more into McMullen Cove for a future home...usually avoided it at all cost because I think HOAs are stupid...but if it gets me private MTB trails...
