this is going back a few years, but if i recall correctly they are just the regular Procomp spline lugs from 4wheelparts. Inch and a half tall if i recall correctly.
black painted or powder coated - not sure most of it had chipped off and it just showing surface rust

That would make sense.

 

the Spline lugs are a standard all over the place, as long as they fit the threads and you have enough of them - it'll work so you don't necessarily need ProComp's version of it.
granted you do "need" (there are ways around it) a special tool for putting them on/ removing them in general.

most of that info you can find googling "spline lug nuts" or "spline drive socket" or something along those lines, they work just the same as the regular lug nuts.

Looks like Pelfreybilt, who is no longer in business. Might I suggest @Mr.PowerTrays as a (much better) alternative?

 

Picked this up from someone of Facebook. It's a Pelfrey tray, no longer made.

 

Finally bit the bullet and stopped trying to make my OEM fogs look like Baja Designs by installing a set of Squadrons.
I also Laminexed my Rigid SRQ reverse lights. I’m not sure how I feel about these yet ?
