Any bed racks that work with a tonneau cover?

Max Modular bed racks and RCI both have tonneau brackets that will clear a cover. Check the sites or contact them directly to see if what they have fit your particular cover though

Oh also note tonneau brackets add some height to your overall rack. Max modular/voodoo adds 2.5 inches, I think RCI add 3 inches.

 

Wait so you're saying that some bed racks will work with an OEM tonneau cover or does it have to be a specific tonneau cover?

 

Anyone have or seen a picture of how the RCI Bed Rack Adapters (which allow you to use a BAK Revolver X4 tonneau with the rack) attach to the bed? I can find lots of photos of them, but none showing how they actually attach to the truck. I understand from the guys at Truck Brigage that they don't utilize the stock bedrails anymore and need to be bolted to the bed. I'm interested in getting a BAK Revolver X4 tonneau cover, but I was hoping to still be able to remove the RCI Rack (and future RTT) when not needed just leaving a clean installation of the Revolver X4. I don't really want to leave the adapters sticking up after removing the rack and I don't really want to have to remove the tonneau to remove the adapters.

They typically work with all covers, but the ones that require relocation of the bed rails may not work. Also, these brackets make the tonneau unusable while the rack is on in the applications I've seen.
