    The Venison Bacon blend stayed flat better and got a much better hard sear. This was a great idea! Thank you!

    This morning I dumped some Season Salt on one side and Pork Barrel rub on the other side of a pack of chicken thighs. Cooked for a spell, flipped here and there then a splash of BBQ sauce later, these beauties were finished.

    Slapped on some wheat sandwich bread (because I suck at planning ahead and having something better) with a dab of mayo. Amazing. Even my wife, who was planning on having frozen quinoa (seriously!?!) for supper had one. And said I could make it again anytime I wanted. :D

    When I bother to cook she usually really likes it as long as it's not straight meat. Which is what I've made the last three nights. :p

    Guess it's about time for another batch of palak paneer for her. :laugh:
