So they can charge you for a second visit lol.

I get mine sent to me via my online portal so I can see them myself and keep a record.

Its good your doc wants to talk about it though. Its good when pt care is on the priority list.

He wants you to come back so he can go ahead and shove a finger or two up your bum. Gotta make sure that prostate is good to go.

I decided to document where I am at today with all things considered. I did some home workouts for 3-4 weeks and gave up afterwards for the remainder (probably 6 more weeks).

I was about 216 going into quarantine (3/16 here). I would estimate 10% BF, maybe 9.5.

I am currently at 212, and probably 14-15% BF.

Hoping to widdle down to 205. From there, drop to 7-8% BF and maintain that size by the end of October. Shouldn't be very hard. Might even be heavier at that BF.

She said she’s wanting to talk about meds. I’m not doing cholesterol meds. I’ll change the diet up and see what happens before I start taking meds. Now if she wants to Rx me some test...I’m down.

I've heard that they are trying to ensure that people really need it, so now instead of an Rx, they are giving it via injection,,, directly to the source.

Sure. I’m not a big fan of meds. My mom’s bathroom cabinet is full of prescription meds. Started with a couple then suddenly she’s taking like 8 pills a day (pre-cancer). Then got cancer...and the conspiracy theorist in me wants to put a little blame for the cancer on the number of meds she’s been Rx over the years. Big distrust in big pharma. It seems like once they get you on one drug, you gotta take something else to counteract something in that one, and so on. So, no, I won’t take a cholesterol med.

Yeah but once you get one test you gotta take other things to counteract it too... Like AIs and probably cholesterol meds cause test will likely raise your cholesterol (BP raise is likely), especially if you already have high cholesterol.

I will never take prescription cholesterol meds. What a joke.

And no test doesn't need an AI. I haven't taken AIs in years. If you do it within the proper range you don't need it.

If you do it above the range, hello masteron nice to meet you.
