ive seen enough movies to know not to be the new guy at a poker table

This is a friendly game and i uave only seen 1 guy lose more than $60. And he was playimg so stupid.

I limit myself to $60 and i have never lost more than that. I play 4-5 hours and i am usually up/down $30.

With blinds at a quarter and 50 cents all nigjt long, its not too expensive.

 

So, not sure if my plugs have EVER been changed. Still had NGK/Denso split like it comes from the factory. NGK on driver side were all about .062 and Denso on pass side .058. All Denso now and I should see some improvement in my fuel mileage.



I guess I almost took in a little water in the intake.

Still need to change my serpentine belt and diff fluid before the trip. Also got new tires on the car after I painted the wheels bronze. Not perfect, but good enough

 

You sure got your money out of those plugs. Good to see they lasted as long as they did.

i have had spark plugs for a few months now. I need to swap mine out soon.

Well, I had an interesting morning. Bought wheels from runnin4tacos, back in early May, Work Meisters, and they kept getting delayed, the last delay they didn't have a time frame when they would be able to ship them, so they refunded me immediately this last Saturday. So I order some SCS BR6's instead in Matte Jet black right after the refund. Now today the Work wheels have arrived at my house (They didn't know they already shipped from warehouse or something). Runnin4Tacos contacted me and I can ship the wheels back or let them send me an invoice. ( I definitely want to keep because those were my first choice.) So now I need to decide to return the SCS, sell them, or figure out something else. I'm glad I got the Work wheels finally but it definitely put me in a weird position.

 

That is a weird spot to be in. Would they R4T discount the wheels you want to offset shipping costs back to SCS?

 

Definitely contacting both companies when I get a chance today.

Man i have been so busy at work lately i havent had much time for TW.

 

So im tire shopping... not sure if i should just buy 2 new tires because thats all i really need. Or should i go with 4 new tires and sell the 2 that are still good as spares?

Also im not trying to drop $1k on tires right now. So if i get 4 new tires they will be some cheaper MTs from Ebay most likely. If i get 2 new tires they will probably be the same STT Pros.

 

Buy quality when you can, not crap because you’re in a hurry.

edit: so I vote 2 good ones, then two more when you need them.

 

that is the logical thing to do, however... i keep hearing "dang Zac, didnt you just get these tires? They are bald!" so the STT Pros wear kinda quick. Also due to bad alignment for a bit and i waited a bit too long on one of the tire rotations. Since they have been bald they have been on the back.

Its $150 more to get a cheaper (not cheap) set of 4 than 2 STT Pros
