I have an extra- I can see what shipping from PA to you would cost. Send it to you for just the shipping if you want.

Heck yeah, that would be awesome!

No hurry either. Whenever it's convenient, throw it in a box and I've got the monies covered.

    Thanks a ton!

Yeah, my eX sits just a bit lower than the Bravo. Contemplating adding spacers, but I think I’ll just leave it as is.

I wonder how feasible it would be to make quick disconnects for the bed rack. It’s so light it seems easy to remove on and off in case you need to Cary something with height in the bed you can quickly remove.

@upTOPoverland any recommendations on mounting a 5lb propane tank to the side of the uptop truss soft topper? Thanks

So catching up on this thread, I had a simar issue (although I have a heretic lightbar cutout). What solved my noise issue was putting a thin strip of edge trim over the bottom of the cutout. Barely noticble unless you're staring right at it and my rack is silent now. Might be worth a try if you want to ditch the bungee.

I too get a howl at around 55mph but it goes away right away.. I don't always hear it though. I’m thinking it has something to do with the ExtremeLED Light and how it sits up against the fairing. I need to adjust the ExtremeLED light a bit

Adjustment of light bar for all of you experiencing noise is key.

We test everything before we release it to the public and only in severe gusting winds/cross winds should you be getting noticeable noise

I don't doubt that. The rack was whistling before I put the light in and continued after. Just covering the cutout on the bottom solved it for me and it doesn't change the look really at all. I'm still very happy with the rack and actually had a guy on a bicycle pull into my driveway when I was working on the taco to ask me about the rack. Wrote down the name for him and told him to jump on tacomaworld since he is new to the taco scene. I love taco owners, we are usually such friendly people.

I want one of these racks but also worry about winter snow and ice,can the cross bars be moved or removed and leave the rest on?

you would need to keep at least 2-3 bars in for structural rigidity. We are located in CO and I am a big skier, snow is apart of our lives. Something like the Hopkins 14039 snow scraper in the link box below is super helpful and works well with our racks.

    Hey Drew or Micah,

I'm trying to tackle the wind howl and I'm wondering, should i place the Light Bar closer to the fairing? Like show I move it forward in that bracket that holds the light. I know the light bar won't sit flush with the fairing as its angled, but should the light bar touch the fairing.. See my Pic below.
