    The only problem I could see is that the center bore is called out as 108mm, the stock wheel is 106mm. Now 2mm is not that much, about .080". But that could potentially throw off your balance seeing that these are hub centric and not lug centric wheels. I am not saying it will, but that is just over 1/16". Backspacing seems to be fine.

    Yea, you will want to be very careful about mounting. There are plastic rings you can buy that will bring the size down to 106mm that just clip in. That would help.
