I’ve been using that same fan for over a year now and love it. 5ah batteries is the way to go, they last all night on high. It’s great for getting the campfire started too.

Copy. Yeah i have a simliar weight setup with my family and the tent im looking at is also about 130lbs. I really want a roll up version tonneau so that i can still access my gear in the back with the rack. I just need to find one that will be compatabile with the kb voodoo rack.

I’m pretty sure the @Mobtown Offroad bars work with a tonneau too.

With the rack 6” above the bed it’s tight to access gear anyhow unless you pack small items loosely you can fit between the rails and the edge of the tent.

Just leave the heavily used items in the back and the things you rarely use at the front. ;)

I need to join you guys. Are you just camping, or light trails too? Im heading to camp on the beach on July 4th weekend, and then ill be more active to going north for camping. Need to finish up some more last minute mods before I get back onto the trails (isnt that always the case? )

We have a cabin near Seven Springs Ski area. @WoodsGhost lives nearby full time, I’ve never met him yet, but hope to soon! Anyhow it’s worth coming up at some point. Also meeting in Davis Wv is a good option.

Curious what you ended up doing? I have a very similar setup (cab and top prinsu racks w/hardshell RTT that covers part of the cab rack).
