You can get a script liner brush from a craft store. Use acrylic paint. Load the brush and touch the brush in at a steep angle sort of like dabbing.

 

I talked to my buddy at powdercoat, he said he could paint it before I engrave it and it should hold up. When we get caught up at the machine shop I’m gonna try it on another one. No worries my friend, whatever you do to it or with it, it’s yours
