I guess he went outside to check. Without either of those two wires, nothing would happen. I just assumed it is a simple on off switch. Thus providing both ground is blowing his fuse. If he tried to disconnect the ground and leading to the switch that may help? I'm no wiring guru, and maybe there are 4 prongs on the switch, but why would you cut the ground?

I really appreciate your time and help. When I disconnect 3 & 4 nothing happens, seems like no power to the switch. But, when I connect the positive lead from the switch to the accessories fuse, then the switch has power. But, when I turn the lights on the relay fuse blows.

Connect 3&4. Disconnect one of the lights. Make sure those wires that are disconnected don’t make contact with anything. Then try with just the one light

I guess process of elimination next. Disconnect both of the lights. Does refuse still blow? Double check all of your grounds. Do you have any wire that is messed up and making contact anywhere? Maybe a bad relay? Maybe you wired something backerds

Where are you located op? Of it gets to be a headache and you arent near a member, un plug it all and take it to a local car audio shop. Those guys can probably fix it up for under 100 bucks with no headaches!

Did exactly that, and one of the lights is beamin! I turned it off and on multiple times and no problems with blowing the fuse.

Good! If you unplug that one and reverse it, does the other one work as well?

So, I connected the other light and watched the fuse casually blow when I turned it on. (IDK why I tried this, but I reversed the positive and negative ends and the light did not come on and it didn't blow the fuse)

So with one light it worked fine and with only the other light it blew the fuse?

I’d take the good light and try it on the wiring for each light. Assuming it works, odds are that the other light is bad.
