TACO GARAGE - TRD Pro grilles (and garnishes)

Yea great service for handling the paint issues, however I just want to emphasize the USUALLY part of this statement .... since I texted that number the day at the end of May, and haven't received a response.

I'm in Philly so nothing crazy. And most of the time I had this grill was in the winter. The only thing that probably effects it is that my truck sits outside.

Update: I texted them this morning and got a quick response with a partial refund. Pretty happy with the outcome, since it's been almost a year they could have said "tough crap", but they made it right.

 

Does he have these in stock?

 

This is good on them but why is it fading? Do the other companies selling these replica grills have fading issues too? I don't want this to happen to my grill I just ordered in a year from now.. @FreshMexicanTaco

I think black letters would look really good.

Just put on the grill yesterday. No problems with the aftermarket sensor.

 

Headlights are sick, what are they?

Also, does anyone know if the raptor light kits come with an install instruction? I've never wired up lighting before, so I'm going to need something to tell me how to do it lmao

Check out this thread it's very informative. I'm not the most knowledgeable on electrical but I found it to be pretty easy after following this thread. I did the add a fuse option.

It didn't come with the add a fuse right, you bought that separately?

 

Ive never done any electrical but after watching a couple youtube vids i was able to install mine super easy in about 20 min

Yes, that is correct. I should've stated that. If I remember correctly it was less than $10 for a little kit from an auto parts store.

I don't recall if that's the exact one or not but it's very similar. I would imagine that'd work. Ask some of the guys on the Raptor Lights thread. Someone will make sure you have the right part. I'm not knowledgeable enough to say that's the correct one and be 100% sure but it looks right.

 

Hey Guys,

Just wondering if anyone is in the same spot as me. I ordered the Pro Grill on Memorial day, got an update that the label was created but hasn't updated since.

I emailed Taco Garage just in case they were oos but the site did not update, I ordered during that time.

Waiting in the grill to install my front camera .

 

I have not ordered, but I am guessing the delay is due to the 'sold out' garnish. Taco Garage and Runnin 4 Tacos both show it out of stock or sold out.
I am waiting for it to come back so i can place an order.
