    My shit is all stock.
    Sacrilege! 2.8 pulley!? Y’all oughta be ashamed of yourselves! SMH

    I'm on the 2.5 and my truck is running damn strong. Better than it ever has now that it has a decent tune and decent spark plugs. I have no plans to go back to a larger pulley.

    I like to refer to mine in metric because the larger number makes it seem bigger.


    Mine is 55 mm. See, doesn’t that sound better than 2.2?

    But to be fair I have no idea why TRD decided to go with a 2.2 for the 2UZ supercharger. It’s got the M90 in that graph that Roberto showed. This supercharger is one hot fucker.

    Because boost is still relative to overall pulley size. The 2UZ may use a smaller pulley than a 6.5 which would change the boost pressure characteristics of the 2.2 pulley.

    Oh yea. Off the top of my head I believe the crank pulley is 6.26

    I'm sticking with 2.5" exhaust.

    The magic lies more in the Y pipe and losing the cats as a restriction more than anything.

    Magnuson supercharger, 2.6 quick change pulley, 76mm throttle body, Doug thorley long tubes, urd y pipe, wot box with 2 step, 170 thermostat, airaid intake, urd short throw, djm 3/4
    U can’t go smaller pulley and then go back. Just not cool. Only time my pulley is coming off is for good for some turbos. Meth is your friend!!! And once you hear the supercharger whine with a 2.3 how can u ever change that.

    the 3" will have more flow with a header/free flow setup, and decibles. which i love personally. but if you have manifolds and are pinched with emmissions. 2.5 is plenty. theres really no wrong choice. unless you have a @Torspd setup with a stock muffler.

    one thing i do that @12TRDTacoma mentioned (and i always do) is drive in 4th. keeps revs up and boost down. but with a quick need for acceleration its one less gear our trans need to compute to change.
