I bought a 2020 TRD Off Road Tacoma at the beginning of April from a dealer pretty far away from me and it came with clear bra paint protection. Unfortunately, it started to peel last week. It's only a small spot in the front corner of the truck, but its seems like one of those things that will get worse with time if left alone.

The dealer didn't mention it when I bought the truck, but the clear bra was installed by an aftermarket vendor they work with. I'm taking it to my local dealer tomorrow for them to look at, but I think they're gonna tell me there's nothing they can do under warranty since it's not Toyota installed.

My question is: is it worth it to have it reinstalled or should I just have it removed? Anybody have any experience with this PPF stuff that can weigh in? Thanks

I once bought a 4Runner with that stuff on the hood as I got home I took it off. On a white truck you can see the lines they get dirty. I also saw a bad job of that stuff on a Corvette was all Bubbles and scraped and scratched.
