    I strongly dislike them. They rubbed me the wrong way after a pair of knee sleeves ate it with minimal use. Won’t support them anymore...

    I guess it’s technically 2 different lists then. USPA sanctioned meets have their own lists, but you can qualify for IPF meets, the same as USAPL, in which case you’d have to adhere to the IPF list and rules...

    not saying I’m on that level though :pout:

    I keep having to adjust my belt tighter since I'm dropping weight. I decided to leave it in my bag, haven't used it in a bit. Actually feels really good pulling heavy and beltless now.

    I’ve seen arguments both ways. Train without a belt to build the strength without it and not need it as a crutch but then again you compete in a belt so you should train as if you’re competing. I usually warm up without and the belt up once I get to my working sets
