Why are people wanting to see Usman vs Jorge? Burns beat #1 contender and deserves this title shot but I read a lot of people on social media not liking this match-up.

 

I was wondering who that asian guy was! I didnt know Egan trained with this crew. He looked like a killer back then.

Man you guys are talking about Jose like he's 40. 33yo he's right over prime champion age. He's got a couple good years left for sure imo. Guy has had an amazing career I cannot believe how young he still is

 

Yes! Did he ever say why he steered away from them leg kicks? So many fights of his I'm yelling to myself "chop down the legs!"

He definitely had and has an amazing career! Still in great shape too. I know he's mentioned retirement here and there but wonder how much longer he will fight. He's got a restaurant in Brazil, no?

So... it was time for new vehicle registration and I happened to see this MMA tag now offered so had to pull the string. I may be the only one in Mississippi to have it. At least I’ve never seen it before. Love that it has KO on it !

 

Cynthia Calvillo did the damn thing las night. I've never been a fan of Jessica Eye and after that performance last night it's really laughable that she was the number one contender at flyweight,
and considering that (current champ) Valentina Shevchenko already KO'd Jessica with Mirko type head kick I just don't get how she was at the top of the rankings..

 

I missed the fight! I fel asleep by accident after the Andre Fili fight. While we're on the topic of women mma..when the heck is Tatiana Suarez fighting again? Did she get injured or something?

@SRH I really enjoyed Austin's fight. Glad to see he picked up the pace a little sooner this time around. Even though this was a lower caliber opponent, he looked a lot sharper and more well rounded than in his last fight. I think Max knew the KO was coming and decided to call it quits after the 2nd... will we see another quick turn around fight for Austin?
