As best I can tell it's about 2 mph off. That's using the google maps while driving to verify speed.

Thanks for sharing the tire calculator lin above. Went from stock 265's to 33's. I need a recal sooner than later it appears. I hope I'm smart enough to do that. I'm not very tech saavy.

Yep, which then gets multiplied by the aspect ratio for sidewall height, so a 285/70 is taller than a 265/70. Generally when people on here say 285 it's assumed they are 285/70/16 or 285/65/17

have you used this product on the 3rd gen? I've contacted their company and done some research on how it works. I'm wondering if I would need 4 yellow box's. One at each wheel's 2 wire abs speed sensor. Or, if there is a wire that comes out of the skid control ecu that talks to the speedo that one yellow box can go on.

Where can I get an inline cable without the box to calibrate it. $180 is a lot of money for something I suspect is very simple with a MCU.

There've been some rumblings that Hypertech is going to release an updated calibrator for the 19/20 model years this month, but nothing so far. I'll believe it when I see it.

Wonder if Toyota would do it for me for free since I bought the truck and it has free service for 2 years for covid19 incentive.. I doubt it.

Same reason basically for different years you need different OVT tunes. Dealers don't have the software fix yet. I guess they idiotically thought people would not be changing tire/wheel sizes right away. Pretty lame.
