Just chilling, right now. Waiting till the Tacomaworld SPI run to take the family to the gulf coast and the beach for the first time.

 

Nice one! I did that a few years back. It's a hell of a drive! Once you are there, it's sweet as hell. We stayed in a hotel though. I'm at beach camping quota still after the last pins run

Howdy y'all! What a crazy few days it's been. 3/7th of our team resigned nearly at the same time..the rest of us freaked.out a little. The boss was thinking nothing was wrong this whole time while our team hates him.so fucking much.

So, I kindly asked for a promotion and a big raise. Basically asked.for a senior title and 20k in raise. If they don't give it to me, I'm gonna leave too. Companies will have to learn to treat their people well or they can go fuck themselves right in their preferred hole.

 

IT is notorious for abusing employees

 

That's why I got out of that IT support and operations and moved into Sales. Our boss is just so clueless rn. He basically doesn't listen to the things we all been saying for ages.

I was hoping to stay here for 4 years vest in the options and go work somewhere else then.

 

Go where the money is lol. I used to be a mercenary... errr mechanic lol

 

Smart plan! I'm gonna apply to other jobs and see what kind of offers I can get as leverage.

 

06/13/2020 - Busy day knocking off items on the to do list from post #2.

First, I ran the compressor to find the arb purge valve kit on the rear locker leaking air... I left a VM for East Coast Gear Supply to get another via warranty.

Next, I removed the @arb4x4 compressor and @sleeoffroad mount to reveal the crazy mess underneath from when the o-ring failed on the front locker dumping gear oil on everything. Then dirt collected on the oil and even a little critter built a nest in that spot so it needed some serious cleaning. I took apart the compressor and resealed all the fittings. It's not leaking air at all and it's so so clean!!

Next I removed the Epever solar charge controller that was attached to the fuse box and the wires that went to the battery. This controller melted when i blew my diff at hidden falls that time and during the cleaning, I think I shorted it and it stopped working. So, Im going to order the Vistron MPPT controller in the products section at the bottom and put it in front of the battery.

Finally, I was digging around in the tool box and found some Teq caps for the valve stems, so i swapped the ones i had out for those.
