Never done a remotely accurate tally...figures are approximate...

    175 - Color Matched Grille
    300 - Grillecraft Inserts
    20 - BHLM Supplies
    20 - Shorty Antenna
    90 - Window Tint
    450 - Wet Okoles
    200 - WeatherTechs
    50 - EGR Window Visors
    5 - Extra D-Rings
    40 - Poop n Lock
    10 - Locking Gas cap
    15 - Breather Relocation Supplies
    200 - Aeroforce Interceptor
    130 - Interceptor Mounting Bracket
    2600 - Lift
    1150 - KM2s

So totals out to...about 5455 at this point. And I still have quite a bit left to do...luckily the only real expensive stuff remaining is bumpers/armor.

Got my truck 3 months ago, and so far held back on all but relatively simple mods and accessories (~$700) such as 4x4 lighted switch, tinted windows, tailgate lock, spare tire lock, recovery gear, step bar, skid plate, straps, cargo net, etc. That will all go by the wayside during the next 6 months as I add slider, body armor, then suspension. I thought my truck was the shiz when I drove it off the lot, but damn you TW, I now realize its true potential.
