I've been out there before for my niece's XC race and its pretty flat. I'd go check it out before I got too excited.

Maybe I misunderstood @stronghammer but sounds like this is a track that is going to be built in the future?

It is being built now. About 200 ft total elevation so def not a climbing or descent haven but they’re bringing in assloads of dirt. Like I said rumor is features and more of a track than the usual trail/climb/downhill stuff we are used to.

Yeah it’s main focus for the park is the cross country running and races stuff. I’m not expecting something insane, but anything is nice that’s bikes only since we have nothing around here right now.

I don't trust the city of Huntsville not to mess this up. lol. I lived just down the street while they were re-constructing the massive overpass on Martin Rd only to put red lights all over it.

haha well that's why I'm hopeful that the designer from chattanooga is a bigger part of it and HSV city isn't..

I did on my old crappy bike when I didn't know what I was doing. I taco'd my front wheel and nearly broke my arm going OTB lol. I want to go back with my new bike, but with the work on cecil ashburn it isn't easy to access so I've been waiting.

I saw this on a bike check for Neko Mullaly the other day and for $35 I'm seriously considering buying it.

Seriously considering buying a 1up hitch rack for 2 bikes.. can anyone share how they like it on their Tacoma? Any complaints/issues?

Wish 1up ran specials/discounts but may bite the bullet and pay full price

I love mine! I viewed it as a buy once cry once. Operates smoothly, holds up to the weather. No rattle off road. Bike is super secure.
