    Happy belated birthday @FishnTx !!! Hope you had a great day and the birthday sex was SPECTACULAR!

    Still working through some more house remodel. Wife is on a roll and I don't even try to stop her. Master bath paint is almost complete, have three new ceiling fans and a security screen door to install downstairs. Living, dining and kitchen up next but those will be bigger projects since we're doing some demo in the living room and will be adding granite counters in the kitchen.

    Have had our trailer for sale for a bit now and it has reminded me what fuckwits people are. Nobody does any research anymore on their own. They want ME to answer all of their questions that are easily found in a simple Google search like:
    Weight
    Length
    Height etc
    Then there's the lowballers. Asking $17k but people are offering as low as $10k or "Trade for my truck?" My answer to that guy was:

    "If you give me your truck, what will you tow the trailer with?" :frusty::frusty::frusty:

    Anyway... miss hanging out with you all! Hope everyone is well. :hattip:
