Upgraded the stock battery to the X2 Power AGM from Battery Plus since it has a 5 year replacement warranty and one of the best specs. Also got a nice aluminum holder and added the TRD decal (10 extra HP as usual). Just waiting on the Australian variable voltage booster, as I did the diode fuse mod in the meantime and have the Noco Genius 10 to charge it on the weekends



Finally got around to doing the oil change on my own and decided to put on the Fumoto SX series oil drain valve.



After much research and waiting on deals I went with the Wix XP oil filter, Penzoil Ultra Platinum 5w-30 Full Synthetic oil and added some Motorkote in there as well for good measure

 

My brother worked at discount tire and recommended it. He said it's great for highway.

 

P/N 41348 same Napa branded filter made by WIX, they often go on sale for $5.99.

Finally sold my not-Tacoma today! Good lord the number of people trying to buy a sub 5,000 dollar car for their kids with expectations of a 10,000 dollar car is too damn high

 

Paint correction done on my 2006. Had so many swirls on it. And now, they’re gone. If not for the rock chips, the paint would look like it did when I drove it off the lot all those years ago.

Finally after two failed attempts to purchase the MGM surround I got one from dealer and got my pro grill installed.

also has my frame inspection done yesterday and go back on the 24th for the coating. They coat the inside of it only

My Australian variable voltage booster took about 7 weeks to come in, but that was in the lockdown phase. Ordered it middle of April and it just came in the beginning of last week. On top of that, do the "Big 3"......it will help a lot.

 

So I decided to remove the “Toyota” along with the “v6” emblems. I love the old school decals so I had to ad one.

 

Mines more jacked up on the outside then the inside

 

I got a buddy who works at the local dealer. I was about to spray mine for precaution and he told me about the service notice. I made an appointment and he checked it out. Said it’s solid so they will treat it. He told me to wait to coat the outside of mine until they do their work.

 

Installed ICON RXT leaf packs on option 2 as well as Archive garage flip kit. Waiting on the rest of my order! Ck our the rake tho!! Haha

 

Added some 285's and love the look but mpg took a big hit.

 

I was literally looking at these tires, do you have any rubbing with them? I think I’m going to replace my 31” KO2s with these in the same size you have

 

Was very set on taking my shell off, a decent part of me just prefers a truck without a shell.. However in talking with the girlfriend, she started ask why and proceeded to remind me of all the benefits a shell has. So I ended up ignoring the inner self and decided to leave it on.

 

Zero rubbing. i do have Toytec coils and 5100's up front on the mid notch and did cut the lower fender flare just a bit. No frame chop.
