I was the biggest Chipotle fiend, but I would always cringe when they would load up my burrito or bowl with seemingly every single green leaf of cilantro known to man! would be picking the biggest pieces of that sh*t out on the REG! then I saw somewhere that you can request cilantro free rice from there. I tried it once and the bruh looked at me and then took like 10 min to make my burrito.. F that noise. just ban the SHIT! CILANTRO DOWN @ sorry some things i'm just passionate about ! I've even joined a cilantro hate group on FB lol.. WHO's WITH ME?... F CILANTRO !!!!

I use beef ribs and chuck roast.
It's made different ways, but the results are the same. I feel that I have mastered it.

Yes, splash about a 1/2 teaspoon of the chili oil on a smoken hot griddle, dip tortilla in the birria, place on grill, drop meat, cheese, fold and splash some of the birria around the Taco. Be quick, turn, same step again, remove a very crispy taco, dip, eat 9 of them. Good luck.

Hmmmm, the recipe I posted, they dip the tortilla into the birria mostly at the top to sop up the fat, then pan fry to crisp it up.

I think I like your method better!

Yes, dip in the birria broth in the top of your pot. The splash of the broth around the Taco on the griddle will not only add steam, but heat and more flavor.
