If you're not jumping or prerunning your truck, SPC ucas are great. Plus they let you dial in camber as well.

I'm not very familiar with the JBA but the SPC definitely do. You can max out your positive caster with your lowers and still keep your overall caster in the 2-3 degree range. I ran 285/75r17 with -10mm offset for about 2 weeks with them with a really good alignment. I still rubbed really badly going in and out of driveways before the CMC was done, but it was surprisingly driveable.

What's crazy is their horrible quality, but people still love them.

You don't buy a truck for its fucking fenders!
    2.5" lift w/35's
They should move your wheels forward just a bit so your tires are farther from the cab. They will definitely help smooth out the ride, with a 3 inch lift the oem ball joints are at such an extreme angle, your suspensions down travel will be limited and you will have a harsh ride and very bad wandering and bump steer. I went with TC uniballs and I love them, they squeek if you don't clean and lubricate them, but they are worth it to me. SPC adjustable ucas I've heard are really good though, everyone on here that has them loves them. I'd go with SPC. Affordable and proven.

I just installed Freedom Off Road UCAs with my 2" lift on 285s and they are great! I was able to get the caster to 4.5

so my main concern is they will allow me to center my wheel in the wheel well and avoid rubbing. The in spec alignment, increases travel when off road, and ride quality are a given.

will JBA do this? I know SPC can but Running4 Tacos just ran out and they are like 200 more than JBA elsewhere.
Plus JBA have curb appeal as someone stated earlier.

    JBAs are non-adjustable so no.

Get SPCs in Mevotech-branded boxes, $420 for the set:

No issues here. Almost everyone in my local wheeling club runs these, some approaching 10 years. The urethane bushing design is the same as most other UCAs from TC, All-Pro, etc.

Spc jba, sure they’re adjustable but with that comes its own issues. Setting the wheels forward will clear the the back wheel well and body mount but you’ll drastically increase the shitty bump steering. Setting the upc to a more stock position, now you’re rubbing the wheel well and body mount. Take your pick. I have spc and went from setting f (maxed caster at 2) back to d (stock position, caster maxed at 4) with body mount relocate and a hammer to the wheel well.

I've never used JBA but I had SPC on my old 2nd gen and they were great. The Freedom Off Road ones are just a great price.

That's not entirely true. You need to use the lower control arm adjustment first and then get it in to spec with the upper. This is from SPC:
    https://youtu.be/f2YhnldfI50?t=110

I've got 285/70R17 KM3s with minimal lift (Kings, about 1.75") and no nasty CMC and I get zero rub through the entire suspension cycle. If you try to adjust with only the upper, then what you said holds true.
