Has anyone mounted some BD Lp6s or 9s to their tubular bull bar without drilling through it? I’m thinking of some sort of round clamp to clamp to the bull bar. I’d rather not have to drill through it.:bananadead:

you might be able to squeeze some LP4’s between the bumper and hoop.

Probably could, I like the top bar look more though. I figure these will make up for my lack of prinsu light bar. (I purposely didn’t want)

I have some LP9’s and they are quite heavy. I would not mount them on the roll bar with those janky roll bar mounts.

have you thought about swapping your bumper light bar for a 30” S8 in driving combo?

also, hit up my man @memario1214 if you want some BD lights.

I have thought about it but eh, I’m not sure about it yet. Lol. @Bustabeatgeorge usually is my BD hookup!

looks like the ones @tacotroy17 posted are made of metal maybe?

Both options are metal, I've tried both and prefer the ones I shared. They both do the same thing.

Plus one for @memario1214. Can't recall if I ever bought anything through him, but I see him around all the time and Tacomaworld vendors will always be my first choice.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish with your lighting setup? Short, mid, or long range?

Sweet thanks man, anyone know how the Lp series little amber DRL wires up? Is it just constantly on or need to tap into a DRL?

I would say Mid. The 30” light bar I have now is caliraised and it’s not hateful...I’m just a brand whore (with some minor OCD) so once I switch to one product I like to keep it all the same?

I got tired of getting condensation in my Caliraised pods all the time and also they didn’t use stainless steel hardware so they started to rust.

It’s a separate wire you tap into the DRL. I like tapping into the side markers since they aren’t LEDs. When you starting adding more resistance to an established LED circuit, shit gets wonky.

Id probably start with some squadron pros in your fog pockets and an S8 bar in wide cornering or driving combo. Then go from there.

I know what you mean about having all the lights the same. I’ve spent FAR too much money on BD lights recently.

I have squadron sports now in there that i use as fogs and they’re plenty bright enough for that purpose. Lp6s would be for off-road/beach use only. I’m just digging the dual big fogs on a bar look lately lol.

I mean... I'm not generally much for a grand sales pitch, but here's what I can offer you. Excellent customer service, guidance on product selection, and probably some of the best prices on products that you're going to find. That a decent pitch :notsure:
If you still have a set of squadron sports in amber with a combo pattern you certainly did purchase from me!
