When calculating how much gas we are going to go through going to colorado i almost threw up. Thats why im taking the performance tune off my truck and putting the base fuel econ tune on it.

that’s what happens when you throw the heaviest steel armor you can possibly find all over your truck. And the topper, your truck doesn’t like it so it drinks more gas out of spite.

    it was your choice sir.

I'm get 17.5-18.5 driving on the interstate at 75 mph every day, to and from work. My truck is a little heavy too, but not as heavy as Matt's tank!

When I get another vehicle to commute in, I'll put 285s on my truck. Until then, my 265s work plenty fine.

I rarely even figure out my mileage because I don't want to be disappointed. I checked this week because I knew I was increasing tire size.

Have a 2015 Highlander for any daily needs but I did take the tacoma to grocery shop this morning. Rubbing is much more than I expected, ha! Once kiddo goes to sleep tonight I'll be in garage trimming plastics

I get better fuel mileage than you do when I’m towing, and I know my gross is higher than your gross lol.

someone did say you gotta lemon right?

    underpowered and undergeared.

It reminds me of a skit Top Gear did where they put a BMW against a Prius and the BMW got way better fuel mileage.
