Sorry to get off topic. My Wife and I have been discussing moving for years to Colorado. I’m in commercial construction so I’d like to be at the furthest 45 minutes from Denver. I’m looking for suggestions. I’m hoping there not along the lines of “piss off transplant”!

Anyhow my best friend lived in Evergreen for about 12 years and moved down to Lakewood. So I do get out.

So any recommendations of living and how’s the commercial building around Denver.

Hoping to get out and investigate in July.

    Thanks

I’ve been at Pitt the past several years. I run work for a commercial General. Pitt is getting very old so it’s perpetual remodels. Thinking looking in the Longmont area to live, but not sure.

once things get closer to “normal” again, you’re looking at probably a longer commute than 45 min...

Yeah, sorry wasn't clear when I just said 'also'. I went looking for the incident you mentioned, but the first search result I hit was the more recent event. At first I didn't realize it was separate, but did after reading closer/more details. And at that point it's like, ok, last August he's snowmobiling where he shouldn't, he does it again this year at the end of April, and now little more than a month after that he's going into closed areas at Hanging Lake (and you cannot possibly miss the signage there). People have attempted to educate him and called him out in post comments, and he's actually been charged for the original incident you mentioned (hopefully the judge hears about the newer ones), but clearly he's a tool that doesn't give a shit about anything but himself and his publicity and will just keep doing these kinds of things.

There's got to be a lot of money in the TOTAL BRO market for his clothing company. Afford to crash a new plane into the ocean, constantly buying new snowmobiles, criminal trespassing, et al...
