I'm not a "crawler", so I didn't need top of the line. I think I got a good all around kit for my uses.

Thought I was organized but obviously not. Going to have to figure out something. I’m not interested in a trailer! Guess I may look at some of the front runner boxes. My Plano boxes just take up to much room.

 

Yep, I think I'm going to get Cam to follow me and let him drive off road for the first time! lol

 

the Plano boxes are good and can hold a lot of crap, but they really do take up too much room. I need something with a smaller foot print that’s a little taller. 2 Plano trunks and my cooler just about fills my bed.

 

Sounds like it's time for a mod day! @Peligro @gixxerphil @Brian422 I might as well install those spacers on my truck as well. Everybody bring their jacks, stands and tools and we can get 3 trucks working!

It will probably be Sunday before we go, I gotta go get some trailers full of gravel, mulch and top soil tomorrow and help fix the sea wall at my parents' house.

 

Changed the plugs in my wife’s 4Runner, gonna clean the throttle body and change gear oil Sunday and should be good for another 100k!

 

Those plugs look great!

 

I'm hoping to stay around 2". My rear springs supposedly give 2.1". I'm good around there.

That was exactly me too! Two Plano (one had Annex) and a large Yeti. Full up! No room for camp kitchen or anything else much. I ended up losing a Plano and final got 1 Plano, camp kitchen, large yeti and a Pelican 1740 case. Of course along with a few random things (chairs, annex in bag). Just not the experience I want each time I have to load up!!!

Think I’m going to load camp kitchen and cooler when I get back and measure empty foot print and search for something that will allow me to maximize the space.

 

Thanks PP! I hope Jack River will have an empty spot. Don’t want to hear the wife say what we going to do now.

I’m sure I could just camp in the field.
