Still going strong! This is from a month long trip to CO, WY, MT. Also make sure you have spare batteries for the remote! I’m all ears if someone has a solution for an emergency lower. My remote batteries got cold and after about an hour of rewarming I was able to get it lowered

Hard wire an auxiliary switch in parallel with the remote relay trigger or wire a parallel relay if the remote trigger can’t be messed with.

Do you have any pics from the inside? I'm curious how much space it takes up. Looks like potentially the perfect setup for me though.

I can take some tomorrow. The actuators are bolted to the bed. I’d say as long as you’re not expecting to use the bed in a professional manner aka hauling lumber or heavy items then it doesn’t affect bed usage. The concern for me would be having that stuff constantly hitting the actuators and knocking them off center. The instructions say use one bolt and one self tapping screw but I went ahead and used 2 bolts and I suggest doing that. I throw a raft, cooler, camping gear, etc back there just fine

I sometimes do some home depot runs, but I'm most concerned about building out a sleeping and camp gear hauling bed. Any pics would be great thanks!

Assuming you’re using plywood ( or anything really) You’d need to cut out in the corners to accommodate the posts. I didn’t take pictures of the R side of the bed because it’s obscured by my drawer system. You should plan on re locating the bed mounted inverter if you plan on using it as it will be blocked. I used the left side cubby as storage for all the wires and mounted the on/off switch.

Thanks @15ACOR that's perfect. Really not as bad as I thought it would be either. I can build around that.

@425 I live in the Puget Sound area and have the Topper EzLift Weekender. Due to physical limitations, I can not install it myself. Do you, or any one here, know where I can take it to get it installed? I'm willing to travel. Thank you in advance!

@15ACOR - so glad to see you are enjoying it. Just so you know i still think that is the best layout truck bed design i have done with the pullout kitchen. Also happy to see the tent is holding up

Hi @Nylaia, first I apologize for missing the post you tagged me in a couple weeks ago. In the PNW I don't know that there is a Topperlift dealer. You could check with your local ARE topper dealers as ARE does carry the topperlift system. I travel out of town a lot in the summer, if it was the fall I would consider driving up and installing it for you myself(I am in the Portland area but have a friend on Bainbridge I was planning to go see for the weekend sometime late summer or early fall.)

Thank you for your reply. I should've posted earlier. We got the lift installed. Just waiting on the tent part to arrive (backorder). Any tips for installing it to maximize seal and use?
    Thank you again!

Finally got my Topper EzLift Weekender installed. Tested it out this past weekend for my hubby's birthday. It was awesome!

What’s your clearance now? You can get actuators plenty long enough but you still
Have to fit them and mount them. Might need to attach to the roof instead of the shell rails. Obviously you’d need a custom surround to close it in.

if they arent lifting equally/simultaneously you most likely don't have them plumb vertically causing them to travel at different distances/speeds. should all level out fine once full raised though
