Anyone know a place where I can get ubolts locally? Bought a NIB Timbren Ubolt flip kit off Craigslist and it turned out to be for a First Gen rather than Second/Third. It should work but I just need the right U-bolts.

Weld on sliders ready for my buddies cousin to come visit for an install.

And the first and only set of bolt ons I’ll do for my neighbor. Drilling 40 holes in the sliders and 32 or so in the frame is terrible.

He’s lucky he’s paying me almost $2k for other work because drilling all these damn holes suck lol.

Sounds good to me! I'll probably find a place to camp up there. What time are you thinking you'll be out there Sunday?

Probably late morning-noon for the start. I’m actually camping tonight through Sunday morning with my wife and the in-laws near Mormon lake. So we will be heading back home Sunday morning probably by 8 or 9 and will just need to unload the truck and clean up real quick before heading back out. Cinders are in my back yard so I’m sure @Lfaub03 and his dad will probably meet at my place and we will take off from there. I’ll pm you my contact info so we can be in touch.

So I installed a delta joint in one of my used DSM uniball UCAs. I got the joint in with some persuasion from a hammer. I forgot to put anti seize around the joint when I pressed it in. Should I remove it, put anti seize in, and then reinstall it? Or is it not worth it?

For a small town gun show, it's impressive, a lot of older firearms come out from collectors. It certainly doesn't have the size of Prescott or Flag.

You are correct, I think some guys like to just show off as well. There was a guy last year who had an old lever action made from telegraph poles that came from ww1 and it had history/provenance, he wanted 30 grand for it.

It’s been 6 weeks since I ordered the RCI rack. They quoted me 3-4 weeks and it’s the first thing I ordered. Frustrating having all these these parts sitting in my garage I can’t mount up.
