    Swamp is fun but not as good as a lot of other trails, IMO. Swamp is longish but the obstacles are few and far between. Coyote Lake and Mirror Lake are both more challenging.

    The best way to find out is from the various pages for the trails. I say this because what is open yesterday could be closed today or what someone travelled on may not be open at all due to changing conditions.

    The Swell is legit. If you're driving east on 80, you'll pass right through the upheaval and not even realize what you're seeing. Definitely worth the stop. And you can find your way off road and camp on Bureau of Land Management land or any one of the state parks. If you look hard enough, there are also petroglyphs that aren't too far from the road.

    Really a treasure worth exploring.
