. We got a new HOA last year and they ride around in a little blue nissan (with NO markings) taking pictures. I went to the neighborhood meeting and told them they needed a HOA sign on the vehicle or I am going to call the Sheriff and report a strange vehicle taking pictures in front of my house. Now the little blue car has a HOA sign on it

He is still not doing good. He broke out the leg bone where his knee replacement is inserted below the knee and shattered his ankle. They are still trying to get the swelling to go down so the can do surgery on it.

 

I hate HOAs very much. I will never buy another house that’s part of an HOA again.

 

Good stuff! It's always awesome going out ones way to help a deserving person(s).

Agreed I pay my dues. If they send me a letter about something I just ignore it and ask them what are doing about the people in here that do not pay dues. Then they leave me alone.
