Looks like it might be this one, same vendor but the fitment guide thing says this one fits, might be the length of the plunger is the difference

If it's this second one, I already have that. Got that one for the 4runner starter and it wasn't correct for that. I'll have to find it, pull the Taco starter and see if it will work.

Yeah, that's right your 4runner has the 4.7 V8 with the starter in the valley of the 'V'. So I think that one does require a different 'kit' than the 3.4L starter. I rebuilt that one on my 4.7L as well.
