    I have had this before, I probably didn't recognize the name or they used an Americanized one.

    45 minute Instapot method worked great.

    I used tri-tip and it's just falling apart in your mouth.

    Ever since I complained about the radish slices I've been seeing them everywhere. Guess it's more prevalent than I thought.
