I got my replacements from Parts Broker LLC on eBay and on Toyota Parts Deal. I love the TRD tuned Bilstein’s

I have a question, I bought my truck in June of 2015 with only 9 miles on it, came out the other day and found part of the of the coil spring under the truck. Though it is a small piece, am a bit concerned as this is my daily driver. It have very close to 100,000 mile on it and the only suspension mod I have done is the ICON AAL progressive 3 leaf pack w/ overload spring left in
Everything I read and the info I find the TRD Pro suspension is discontinued. I was all reading thinking of replacing the suspension anyway as it is at the 100,000 mark. I would just replace it with the factory stuff if I could find it. Looking for some equivalent options and maybe an 1/2” to 1” more lift. But not a driving factor as this is my daily driver.

Also considering doing some preventive maintenance at the same time:

Replace LCA And UCA bushings and ball joints
Maybe after market UCA? (Non uniball)
    Bump Stops?
New leaf pack with new bushings
    Sway Bar bushings
    Tie rod ends
    Front Wheel bearings
    U-Joints
    Center Support bearing
    ECGS Bushing & Seals
    U Bolt Flip Kit?

Here is a picture of the piece of spring.

Also for got mention the the tires are original as well with close to 100,00 miles. Looking to Replace with 265/75-16 soon. 99.5% of my driving is all highway. Brakes are original as well. Have it serviced at every 5,000 miles with tire rotation.

The brakes on threes trucks last surprisingly long, but you can check the pads as you do the bushings on what you said is due to replace.
2 maybe 3 pages back I posted a picture from a website that sells the red TRD pro/Baja springs. Just scroll back and you’ll see it. If your dead set on just doing the suspension, look for bilstien 6112’s those are what the Baja/pro suspension is just a different color. For the rear springs, there are a few options mainly based on how your use your truck. I recently swapped mine out for the Icon RXT complete spring pack, left at option 1. If you look them up you’ll see what I mean between the 3 options you can set them up at. 1 should be good for you. As far as the RXT’s go, they are awesome and my truck rides nice and plush because of them.
For the UCA’s, those are only really needed once you hit the 3” lift mark. So if you don’t plan on going that high you really don’t need em. Just trying to save you some dough but again if you intend on just upgrading there are some good options too. JBA- awesome and use readily available moog ball joints. Icons with the delta joint are a couple. Good luck, any more questions just shoot.....

Thx @JuanitoBunito, the brakes get checked every time the truck is serviced and last time it was serviced they said there getting close to need replacing. I cannot do the work myself as I live in an HOA which prohibits working on cars. Dealer I bought the truck from has always treated me, and my truck very well. I will have a look at what you Posted. I want to replace front shocks as well as the coils springs but do not want to down grade the suspension. Will I have the same factory lift with the parts u listed from the Baja

The cool thing about the Bilstein 6112’s is that they were built to the specs of the Baja/ pro suspension but with a twist.....they are adjustable. So consider that an upgrade over what you have now. They are also sold complete (shock and spring) and assembled. If you do the Icon RXT option 1 it will yield you 1.5” in the rear which is what the factory spring WITH the icon progressive aal gets you.

You could potentially purchase the front Bilstein shocks from the Baja edition and use the springs for the Pro edition. The TRD valving on the Bilstein’s will be as close as it’ll get and you’ll be keeping the spring rate designed for the Pro. It seems the Pro springs are still on the market but not the shocks

Well I tried one. The really thought the flat metallic nickel was the one bi tit looked way to light at the store. I ended up with the flat soft iron and it's a little darker but I like it. Just got one done so far to test it. Here it is with half os the stock bolts and some black ones I picked up. 20200614_161021.jpg also here is the stock ring with black bolts and the chrome ones. 20200614_160117.jpg

Dude that looks really close actually! I know right, the cans look different than the actual spray. I have a feeling the flat metallic nickel miiiigght be the closest match only because of the metallic flakes, similar to the wheel. It also makes it difficult that the wheels do have different shades at certain angles lol

Yeah the colors are way different when dry. It's darker but I like it. Once I get them all done I will take better pics.

My truck just hit 100,000km and one of my springs just broke as well. Ordered these yesterday as replacements:

Are those 255/85/16s (or equivalent?) you are running?

I have 265/75/16s and feel like they look too small, especially in the back with my AAL (3 leaf pack) with overlad. But I also think 285s almost look too big, plus the rubbing issues.... These seem like they are almost in the middle of the two.

Negative, mine are 265/75/16. Sometimes I feel they look too small as well. I am still mentally debating what size I will go with next. I've still got like 20k miles left on these Duratracs.

haha I’m in the same boat. 265/75 and they’re great but like ... what if they were taller??
I don’t want to go as wide as 285, I like the idea of 255/85.
