Man, I wonder if that’s the “rattle” noise I’m hearing. Same symptoms as you.

Thought for sure it was a heat shield, but they’re solid. Checked the skid. It’s tight.

I’ll have to look at the exhaust manifold for a crack.

I feel you. I went back to the gym last Thursday for the first time since March also. Felt amazing and I am really looking forward to getting back. Though I've gotten some good exercise lugging heavy car parts around the last couple days lol. Lifting the transmission up and down off my workbench, reverse deadlift lol :)

I can’t seem to get my gears adjusted. My pattern is showing that my pinion is too deep and yet I’m running out of backlash adjustment. I’m going to try a couple of things, but I think I might be ordering a new ring and pinion on Monday.

Not sure if you've seen this gearinstalls.com. take a pic and send to zuk, he'll get back to you pretty quickly with advice. He has PayPal to donate for gear advice.

What all have you moved? If the pinion is too deep back it out some and decrease the backlash too. Just bit each and see where it is.
