Yes you do. I'm going to skip The Last of Us II though. I've already seen the leaks and I'm not impressed with the direction they took at all. I honestly don't know what they were thinking?

After I finished The Last of Us, I was hoping they would never make a sequel as it was a perfect game. It is probably the best game I've ever played. I became so invested in the story and the characters. Then when they revealed The Last of Us II, I became very excited. Then the leaks came out (which is unfortunate). But now that they are out there... Fuck that game. I won't buy it. I won't spoil anything for you if you decide to buy it but I'm saving my $60 for something else. I can't believe what they did with this game and the direction they took.

 

Now I'm just waiting on the pre orders to come out for the PS5. I don't give a shit what it costs. I'm buying it.

Yeah... I'm going to buy a new monitor also. I'm running on a 34" ultra wide curved 4k UHD monitor right now. But the PS5 will support up to 8k. I doubt any games come out with 8k support but I would like a higher resolution monitor. I've been looking at other Ultra Wide monitors that support 5k right now with a high refresh rate. Since I sit about 3 feet from the monitor it takes up my entire field of vision so I can't go back to a regular monitor now. I'm sticking with Ultra Wide from now on.

Well you didn't like Division either and I played it for 3 years and been playing Division 2 since it came out also. You really like Destiny and my copy (original) is still wrapped in the package. lol

Why I've held off on buying the new xbox. The big tv it's hooked to is only 1080. PS4 is on a 4k tv though just not as big.

I usually get my ass kicked when I switch to the PS4 because I'm not used to the controller feel. Plus I normally play 3rd person shooter on xbox and switching to FPS on PS4 screws me all up on COD.

 

I didn't care for Division 1 because it wasn't what we were promised. I love The Division 2 and play it pretty often. It's what The Division 1 should have been.

I like Destiny better because it's a pretty deep game and I've played it since 2014. But I like it mostly because I play PvP all the time. It doesn't hurt that I make $300 - $400 each weekend with account recoveries for Trials.

As far as The Last of Us II? It can suck a dick. What Naughty Dog has done has been finally revealed. They went from one of the most revered game studios to one of the most hated after all the leaks came out and how they treated their employees, how they shut down youtube channels that weren't even showing any of the leaks, and how the game is so fucking Woke? Fuck that game and fuck Naughty Dog.

 

I don't follow all that kind of stuff. I just wait for a trailer to come out and if I like the final version I'll grab it.

 

I didn't want to. I did my best to avoid them because I really wanted to play this game. But I follow a bunch of gaming channels on youtube and the hatred toward Naughty Dog was getting so much attention that I ended up looking at the leaks. And the entire game was leaked. All the story line, videos of what happens, how you have to play the game, etc... Then it came out what Naughty Dog was doing and after that, the hatred towards Naughty Dog and Neil Druckmann in particular was overwhelming. Once I saw the entire story of the how and why The Last of Us II was made and the decisions they made with the game? Fuck that game and fuck Neil Druckmann.

If you buy it, I hope you like it. I already know the entire story so there is no need for me to buy it.

 

Just don't fuck it up for me before I play it , I already pre-ordered it
