Cut and reweld the steering arm on the spindle? I imagine a lot of mockup and trial fits will be required.

will have to triple check the driveshaft, I know that the u joints are all still in their prime as well. so I have eliminated that possibility. @Atlas86 sat passenger while I was showing him the vibes, post ECGS install. CVs have a bit of an angle, but i don't want to diff drop.

For some reason they seem to be slightly worse in 2wd as opposed to 4wd, which given that i just installed the ECGS bushing should have remedied that. Now I wont suggest that its shacking the space shuttle challenger on re entry, but I notice them, and they only seem to exist on takeoffs.

I love the help, will have to check it out tonight.

Skewp will slow you down when you're driving through downtown...

All those women's panties and phone numbers being tossed in your path can really clog up the wipers....

Make sure you wax the truck as those women can get clingy!

Now you can build a single harness assembly for the rack- and bed lights. Be sure to create a bill of materials and give the harness a part number in SAP...

    Why?
    Well since you asked...

    hmmmm...
    Masochism?
    OCD?
    Anal Retentive?
Someone put mushrooms in your tea, handed you an etch a sketch and left the room?

Looks good, but, it didn't show it in that relay picture, but the other side of the switch (positive trigger source) goes back to the positive side of the battery (after a fuse of course)

When you close the switch power goes through a coil in the relay, the coil creates a magnetic field that pulls down a set of electrical contacts, (that is just essentially a switch) that allows power to go through the other side of the relay (from contact and Armature in this pic)

Low amperage flows though the coil, so you can use low amperage switches etc, but the other side of the relay can take the high amperage.

The Switch and coil of the relay is one circuit, that just controls (a switch) for another circuit.

Pins 86 and 85 are the coil on the relay, 85 goes to Gnd
So when you put 12V + to pin 86
Pin 30 closes onto 87 to allow power to flow on the other half of the relay.

Pin 87A is a NC (normally closed) pin, that means that power would flow from pin 30 to pin 87a UNTIL the coil was energized....

    This pic may help....

When current flows through 86-85 it pushes the lever over to close the switch on 30 to 87

You actually wet yourself a little when you hit the purchase button...dincha

Wanna see final application. Despite my stable, AC stance is my favorite. I'd like to see ACLB with sport hood in the wild...is only a US model.

    Noice
