For vFTuner, would we need to have the Tune Pack to use?

Only 04B04 and got it solved.

If you own a flash kit you don't need the tune pack

Reversion is not something that can easily be logged. You would have to datalog a fresh but settled-in flash, then do a comparison with data 1,000mi later. Probably with some post processing in there to pull out variables for a true apples-to-apples comparison.

That said, I have seen reversion in our turbo cars. If you drive them like grandma and expect sharp throttle response when you need it, it won't be there. I would have to give them some beans and ensure that I got to max torque a few times to get the throttle response back. There, the changes could be felt in as littles as a few miles. It just always pissed me off that I needed to drive more aggressive than I would like to keep the throttle response sharp.

We also seem to have just as much variance between Tacos as we do between owners. So while tunes don't seem to noticeably degrade on my Taco, there have been enough posts about it that I think it is a significant issue on some trucks. Is it a matter of doing some adaption runs to correct it or is it the straight up nature of the programming? I can't answer that.

As much as I want the final tune, I don't know if I can live without gearlock!

Maybe sneak it into 04B04 tune and do the others later  :spending:

same here, 04B04 was decent...1.05 base was better but not a huge difference...The shifting settled down some and mpg improved.

this last round of 2.0 I’ve lost mpg but the shifting is slightly better than 1.05 was.

Thank you. I just want the P5F files, don't really care about Flash Manager front end. Looking forward to the release.

Some Taco owners want that instant OVtune gratification & then wonder WTH their wife is complaining about in bed when those same Taco owners get their instant gratification. Patience really is a virtue

Beta was never on flash manager. Man, some of you guys just need to read! He just mentioned a page or so back that he took
the beta page down cause it won’t be needed anymore. He is releasing 2.0 final today or tomorrow...
Has our society lost all of its patience?

If you can’t wait less than 36 hours, flash 1.05 or ask for someone to send you Beta. But why when 2.0 is hours away?

Okay, calm down man. Im very patient! I was looking in the past few posts and couldnt find anything. I already know that final 2.0 is coming soon. All im asking is for a link to the newest flash manager. Who crapped in your cornflakes this morning?
